Participate in weekly / monthly meeting on performancereview with the Area Manager. Adopt a need based selling approach for productpositioning with customer. Ensure quality follow up on leads from Telca base toensure timely closure. Adhere to compliance & procedural obligations as percompany laid out norms. Take active interest in self development needs andparticipate in technical, product and skills training. Owns the problem / process with the customer. Closesthe loop. Meet customers to resolve issues where necessary Handle complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Host events for customers to develop new and long-term

relationship Attend training and keep abreast of product and servicedevelopmentsKey customers /stakeholders

CompensationMetro City 1.75 lacs 2.25 lacs PANon Metro City 1.56 lacs – 3.00 lacs PA
