Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will manage relationships with individual and business clients, provide tailored financial and banking solutions, and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, addressing customer queries, identifying new prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Engagement.
  • Strong Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Banking Products, Financial Markets, and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Conflict Resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work efficiently in a team-based environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector is desirable but not mandatory.
