Job Summary:

We are hiring for an
International Voice Process – Admin Support (ERD Division)
role in Bangalore. The position requires
1–3 years of prior US international voice experience
and excellent communication skills. You will support the Emergency Response Division (ERD) by handling inbound/outbound communication with US teams, reviewing timecard data, updating records, and coordinating between field staff and office teams.


Role Highlights

  • Experience:
    1–3 years (US International Voice Process – Mandatory)


What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound/outbound communication with US teams
  • Review and validate employee timecards in Paycom
  • Coordinate between field staff and office teams
  • Track overtime, generate reports & support payroll deadlines
  • Assist with onboarding, audits, and compliance tasks.

  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills
  • Flexible to work in
    night shifts (US shift hours)
