Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hisar for a Sales and Marketing professional. The individual will be responsible for driving sales, developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and managing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include creating sales proposals, meeting sales targets, training sales staff, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns is also required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Experience in Training and developing sales staff
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the home and building product industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
