- Sales Officer Company Ganpati Dairy Products Pvt Ltd Position Sales Officer Experience Required Minimum 3 Years -10 Years Location Haryana Department Sales Distribution Reports To Area Sales Manager Regional Sales Manager About Ganpati Dairy Products Pvt Ltd Ganpati Dairy Products Pvt Ltd is a trusted name in the dairy industry committed to delivering high-quality dairy products to our customers We focus on innovation customer satisfaction and building strong distribution networks to make our products accessible across regions Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Officer with at least 3 years of proven experience in FMCG Dairy Food Beverage sales The candidate will be responsible for driving sales expanding distribution channels and strengthening market presence in Haryana and surrounding areas Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for dairy product categories Develop and maintain relationships with distributors wholesalers and retailers Appoint new distributors and channel partners in assigned territories Ensure availability visibility and proper merchandising of products at outlets Monitor competitor activities pricing and market trends to identify opportunities Conduct regular field visits generate leads and resolve channel partner issues Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies Submit daily weekly sales reports and provide market feedback to management Support in promotional activities product launches and local marketing initiatives Qualifications Skills Education Graduate in Business Marketing or any related field MBA preferred Experience Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG Dairy Food Products Strong distributor channel management skills Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of sales reporting tools preferred Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region Local market knowledge of Bhiwani and nearby areas is an added advantage Key Competencies Result-driven with strong business acumen Customer-oriented and relationship-focused Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills High energy level and commitment to company growth Compensation Benefits Competitive salary with attractive incentives Allowances for travel and communication Health and insurance benefits as per company policy Opportunity to grow within Ganpati Dairy Products expanding sales network Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience sales fmcg Dairy 3 years Required Location Haryana Haryana Required Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 9053004409
