**Job Overview**:As a Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, expanding our market reach, and nurturing lasting relationships with our customers. **Responsibilities**:
**Sales Development**: Identify potential clients and new business opportunities to effectively promote and distribute our beverage products. Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory.
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for addressing any sales-related inquiries.
**Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research to identify new product opportunities, pricing strategies, and sales tactics to stay ahead in the market.
**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant market data. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to management.
**Promotional Activities**: Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the success of promotional efforts.
**Sales Training**: Provide training and support to sales representatives and distributors to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
**Distribution Network**: Manage and expand the distribution network by identifying and onboarding potential distributors, ensuring product availability, and managing distribution logistics.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
