**Job Description - Territory Sales Officer (TSO)**
**Location**: Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (Up to ₹10,000 per month)
**TA/DA**: ₹300 per working day

We are expanding our dealer and distributor network and are looking for dynamic **Territory Sales Officers (TSO)** to drive sales, build relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Dealer & Distributor Expansion**:
- Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners and ensure their sales growth.
- Negotiate agreements and terms to increase sales volume.
2. **Sales & Revenue Growth**:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
3. **Field Visits & Business Development**:
- Conduct regular market visits to dealers, retailers, and industrial clients.
- Ensure product availability and proper placement at dealer outlets.
- Gather competitor insights and suggest strategies accordingly.
4. **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Address customer queries and provide necessary support.
- Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for dealers and retailers.
5. **Reporting & Coordination**:
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest corrective actions.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduate (Preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in sales, dealer development, or business development (FMCG, Agrochemicals, Plastic, or Packaging industry preferred)
- **Skills**:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Basic understanding of market dynamics and dealer network expansion
