Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for the Haryana territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our courier solutions to businesses and individual clients across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in Haryana through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable courier services.
  • Promote Courier Karo's offerings, including special rates and solutions for e-commerce sellers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs in Haryana.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in logistics, courier, or e-commerce).
  • Bike is mandatory for field visits and client meetings.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.
