Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, located in Hisar, with the flexibility of some work from home. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also includes collaborating with the marketing team, providing feedback to the product development team, and attending industry events.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales presentation and negotiation skills
- Client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the glass, doors, and windows industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
