Job Title Marketing Manager - 360 Marketing Location Hisar Haryana Experience Required Minimum 5 Years Employment Type Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented Marketing Professional with hands-on experience in 360 marketing strategies The ideal candidate will have expertise in both offline and online marketing strong client interaction skills and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns that build brand visibility and generate business growth Key Responsibilities Develop and execute 360 marketing strategies offline online aligned with business goals Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO SEM social media email and content marketing Plan and implement offline marketing activities such as events exhibitions trade shows and BTL activations Coordinate with creative media and PR agencies to ensure brand consistency Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver marketing solutions Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Track measure and report performance of campaigns ensuring ROI and KPIs are met Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and client engagement Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in 360 marketing offline online Strong knowledge of digital platforms Google Ads Meta LinkedIn etc and offline marketing tools Proven experience in client interaction and relationship management Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities MBA PGDM in Marketing preferred What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to lead impactful campaigns A dynamic work environment with growth opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
