Job Title Digital Marketing Manager Location 7 Miles Stone Balsamand Road Near Arya Nagar Hisar Salary 50 000 - 60 000 per month Experience Required 5-6 years in Digital Marketing About Us We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Digital Marketing Manager who can handle the complete marketing spectrum from strategy to execution across online and offline channels Key Responsibilities 1 Digital Social Media Marketing Plan create and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube etc Manage content calendar engage with audiences and grow followers organically Run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads Meta Ads and other platforms 2 SEO Website Management Optimize website for search engines On-page Off-page SEO Conduct keyword research and track rankings Coordinate with content writers and developers to improve website traffic and conversions 3 Online Marketing Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads and brand awareness Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows Track analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools 4 Offline Marketing Plan and coordinate offline events exhibitions and promotional activities Develop print marketing materials brochures flyers banners etc Build partnerships and execute local marketing campaigns 5 Reporting Strategy Prepare monthly marketing performance reports Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in marketing Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing agency or in-house Strong knowledge of SEO social media and paid advertising Hands-on experience with marketing tools Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager SEMrush Mailchimp Canva etc Excellent communication creativity and project management skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously Perks Benefits Competitive salary package 50 000 - 60 000 Performance bonuses Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects Supportive and creative work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
