Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, SEO, SEM, and paid advertisements.
  • Manage and grow social media presence with engaging and consistent content.
  • Optimize campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to design impactful strategies.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
  • Work closely with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive branding.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong communication skills with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
