Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Manager located in Hisar. The Meta Ads Manager will be responsible for creating and managing Meta advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and collaborating with the marketing team to align ad strategies with business goals. Day-to-day tasks include budget management, audience targeting, ad creative development, performance reporting, and staying up-to-date with the latest advertising trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Advertising and Marketing
  • Effective Communication and Sales skills
  • Proficiency in Project Management
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, particularly Meta (formerly Facebook) Ads Manager
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance
  • Ability to develop persuasive ad copy and creative material
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
