About the Team:

The PlayShifu marketing team is the driving force behind our brand's establishment and ongoing success. We are a blend of creative, high-energy, and collaborative individuals who are always bubbling with new ideas and constantly experimenting. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated strategies to drive brand awareness, grow the PlayShifu community (across social media, WhatsApp, etc.), and secure high-impact partnerships with influencers, brands, and companies.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage end-to-end partnerships, including contract finalisation, campaign alignment, content delivery, and offline/online event execution.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to design monthly campaigns (product launches, seasonal activations) and integrate community-driven content into marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the primary community liaison, fostering engagement through contests, events, and activations while gathering insights to inform product/marketing strategies.
  • Lead joint marketing efforts with partners, including co-branded campaigns and cross-promotional activities, to amplify reach and loyalty.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and community initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

  • 2 years of experience in executing high-impact strategic partnerships and an engaged community.
  • Deep understanding of social media, influencer trends, partnership models, and online community dynamics.
  • Keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Openness to constructive criticism and feedback.
  • Nimble & street smart to execute offline events.
