
Strategic Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to lead our Corporate Partnerships initiatives. As a key representative, you will foster strong relationships with national and local donor organizations, create engaging proposals, and develop strategies to deepen existing partnerships.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential donors and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Create and pitch customized proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our organization.
- Bilateral government liaisoning and institutional sales will be key areas of focus, requiring effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactively engage in online research, build contacts, and secure funding for organizational activities.

Requirements:- A graduate degree in Sales or equivalent level, with a proven track record of success in business development.
- Experience in fundraising on CSR projects, with a strong understanding of donor dynamics and relationship management.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to set fundraising/revenue goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Flexibility in terms of working hours and location would be an added advantage.
