Job Overview:

Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Amazon Music's presence through strategic technology partnerships and driving adoption across key customer cohorts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partnership plans to launch with high-value customers on the platform
  • Drive new customer onboarding through innovative solutions and expedited sales cycles
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using internal tools
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives for feature launches and product integrations

Key Requirements include 3+ years of sales experience, 4+ years of B2B sales experience, data analysis skills, and experience closing sales and generating revenue. Preferred qualifications include experience with sales CRM tools and influencing C-level executives.
