Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Business Development Manager
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by converting qualified leads into successful partnerships. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting business opportunities, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients from company-provided leads to understand their business needs and propose suitable opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain business models, investment structures, and growth potential.
  • Negotiate terms, manage deal closures, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients or partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Track, report, and analyze business development metrics to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to support strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations
    , preferably in the franchising, consulting, or service industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client interactions daily.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Bengaluru for client meetings.
