Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and connect with potential clients in the IT domain.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and align Qodequay's solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare and present proposals, company profiles, and business pitches.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams for client deliverables.
  • Manage lead generation through online platforms (LinkedIn, email, etc.) and follow up for conversion.
  • Support the sales cycle from initial outreach to closure.
  • Track business development activities and report progress regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of software services, IT products, or technology-based solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
