Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Experience Required: 6–10 Years (IT Sales).
- Candidate should be from IT industry.
- Develop and execute IT sales strategies to generate quality leads and conversions.
- Manage complete sales cycles independently — prospecting to closure.
- Maintain and track pipelines using different CRM tools.
- Identify and nurture international client relationships (Middle East, UK, EU).
- Monitor KPIs and optimize activities to meet business performance targets. Marketing & Branding
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Craft strong content including emails, presentations, proposals, and outbound communication.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across online and offline channels.
- Analyze marketing insights, create reports, and suggest improvements based on performance data.
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, or freelancers when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
