Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Doors and Windows is responsible for expanding the company's market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of premium door and window solutions (uPVC, aluminum, wooden, or other material types).
The role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic sales skills, and strong networking within the construction and real estate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the doors and windows segment.
Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders — architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and developers.
Generate leads through project mapping, site visits, and professional networking.
Present product solutions, specifications, and design options to clients, ensuring alignment with their project requirements.
Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote company products.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of doors and windows (uPVC, aluminum, wooden, or hybrid systems).
Strong background in B2B project sales and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to read architectural drawings and understand technical specifications (preferred).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independent fieldwork.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
