About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in export sales of Food products, to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new international business opportunities, developing relationships with global clients, and driving sales growth in overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Generate export sales leads through market research, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and business partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with overseas clients.
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation, regulations, and shipping requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in food industry export sales / international business development.
  • Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation, and global trade regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships in multiple geographies.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
