We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive from the pharmaceutical industry, with strong expertise in export sales, market expansion and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual export sales targets as defined in the business plan.
  • Develop, negotiate, and close orders with international distributors, importers, and key accounts.
  • Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and conversion ratios.

2. Market Development & Expansion

  • Identify new export markets, customers, and opportunities for veterinary products.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis in target countries.
  • Develop market entry strategies for new geographies.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and key customers.
  • Ensure timely communication, addressing queries, and resolving complaints.
  • Conduct regular business review meetings (virtual or in-person as needed).

4.  Order Management & Execution

  • Coordinate end-to-end export order cycle: from order receipt to delivery.
  • Liaise with production, quality, logistics, documentation, and finance teams to ensure on-time shipments.
  • Track shipments, ensure correct export documentation, and compliance with customer and country requirements.

5. Regulatory & Compliance Management

  • Stay updated on import regulations and veterinary product registration requirements in target markets.
  • Coordinate with regulatory teams or consultants to ensure product compliance and registration.
  • Maintain documentation per export laws (e.g., health certificates, CoAs, etc.).

Educational Qualification:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA with a minimum of 6 months experience in business development for exports.

Experience Industry : Pharmaceutical/Life science/Veterinary
