Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Collections, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager Collections will be responsible for overseeing the collections team, ensuring timely and accurate collections of outstanding payments, and developing strategies to improve collection rates. The role involves monitoring and assessing team performance, handling escalated issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be expected to prepare regular reports on collections progress and collaborate with other departments to optimize processes.
