Role and Responsibilities
  • Overseeing a team of staff members and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of customers
  • Setting payment collection goals and targets for the department
  • Creating and implementing a strategy to improve collection, including experience on KPIs like Extraction, Resolution, Normalization, and knowledge on Skip Tracing
  • Preparing monthly MIS report on the allocation analysis
  • Manpower handling to ensure adherence to committed quality, accuracy & turnaround of the processes
  • Monitoring key indicators that will help track and control process capabilities while ensuring productivity enhancement
  • Leading and motivating the operations team to ensure their development through direct coaching/feedback and effectively controlling attrition
  • Ensuring appropriate and adequate training interventions to improve operating knowledge and other soft skills
  • Handling client management and effectively handling escalations
  • Responsible for process attrition and shrinkage, achieving external and internal targets
Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in collectionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision makingBachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in finance or accountingStrong leadership and team management skillsRequired Skills

The required technical skills for this role include:

Excellent understanding of collections processes and proceduresAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other collection management toolsExperience with Salesforce and other CRMs
