Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Collections Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Tele-Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the tele-collections team, developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Tele-Collections Manager will also be involved in training and coaching team members, handling escalated collection cases, and providing reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing tele-collections teams and developing collection strategies
  • Skills in handling escalated collection cases and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using collection management software and tools
  • Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
