Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager-Tele-Collections located in Bengaluru. The Collections Manager-Tele-Collections is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the tele-collections team, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include monitoring collection activities, developing collection strategies, training and mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing tele-collections teams and operations
  • Proven skills in developing collection strategies and achieving collection targets
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using collection management software and tools
  • Ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights
  • Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
