HIRING FOR Europe Visa Recruiter

Job Summary:

A Europe Visa Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting candidates who seek employment opportunities in Europe. The role involves coordinating with employers, candidates, and visa processing teams to ensure a smooth hiring and immigration process. Experience in Europe visa processing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for European job opportunities.
  • Build a network of potential job seekers through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and match them with suitable job openings.

Visa & Immigration Coordination:

  • Guide candidates through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with European immigration laws.
  • Assist with documentation, eligibility checks, and application submissions.
  • Coordinate with visa agencies, embassies, and legal teams when necessary.

Employer & Client Liaison:

  • Work closely with European employers and staffing agencies to understand their hiring needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide updates on recruitment progress.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure candidates meet the legal and visa requirements for working in Europe.
  • Verify and process necessary documents such as job contracts, visa applications, and work permits.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Stay updated on European job market trends, visa policies, and labor laws.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract skilled workers from various countries.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably for Europe.
  • Experience in Europe visa processing is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of European work visa categories & immigration laws.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking skills to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Languages:

  • Fluency in English (mandatory).

Preferred Qualities:

Prior experience in a recruitment agency or staffing firm.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
