Job Summary:

As a Regional Manager at Tity Global Pvt Ltd, you will lead business

operations, client relationships, and team growth within your region. You

will be responsible for driving sales, managing strategic partnerships, and

ensuring that regional targets align with the company's vision of innovation

and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee all business operations, projects, and sales initiatives within

the assigned region.

 Lead and mentor regional teams to deliver exceptional client service

and achieve performance goals.

 Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company

objectives.

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software services,

startup programs, and technology projects.

 Build and maintain strong client and institutional partnerships

(colleges, startups, enterprises).

 Monitor regional performance metrics, project outcomes, and sales

targets.

 Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, HR, and

Operations) to ensure smooth project execution.

 Represent Tity Global in regional workshops, startup events, and

client meetings. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and

ethical business practices.

 Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for the region.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing,

or related field (MBA preferred).

 10+ years of experience in regional management, business

development, or operations—preferably in IT, software services,

or technology sectors.

 Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of

managing teams.

 Proven ability to develop and execute regional business strategies.

 Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

 Good understanding of software, digital services, and technology-

driven markets.

 Willingness to travel across the region.
