We're Hiring: Regional Manager (MFI/NBFC)

Hiring for Multiple Locations

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead and scale our operations across multiple regions. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong leadership skills and a background in microfinance or NBFC operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead regional operations to meet business targets while ensuring service levels and financial metrics are consistently achieved.

Own and drive Disbursement, Collections, and HR metrics to support field performance.

Hire, train, mentor, and manage regional and area-level teams to build strong operational capability.

Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments including HR, Credit, Risk, and Collections.

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales growth plans and risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory norms, and internal controls across regions.

Qualifications

5 to 10 years of experience in operations management.

Prior experience in MFI or NBFC sector preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Willingness to travel frequently
