Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Business Development (Key Account Manager – MSI). The role focuses on managing and expanding MSI relationships at a national level, driving business in ICT Infrastructure and Technical Manpower Outsourcing across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

  • A master's degree in Business Administration, or related field will be an advantage.
  • 8-12 years of ICT Infra / Manpower Outsourcing sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong connections within procurement & delivery teams of large MSIs.
  • Proven track record in solution-based sales and resource augmentation.
  • Strong techno-commercial negotiation and account farming skills.

Skills & Competencies

  • Sales pipeline generation & CRM discipline.
  • Key account management & farming skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, contract handling, and proposal management.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to align with delivery/pre-sales teams for solution design and RFP responses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage & grow multiple MSI accounts across India, ensuring national coverage.
  • Drive MSI account growth, ensuring Ekaga's positioning as a preferred delivery partner.
  • Generate revenue in ICT Infra solutions (DC builds, servers, storage, networking, NOC/SOC).
  • Win technical manpower outsourcing deals (L1–L3 engineers, onsite staffing).
  • Lead empanelment and tender tracking with MSIs.
  • Build long-term customer relationships, maximise account revenue, and maintain high satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events to enhance Ekaga's visibility and market intelligence.
