Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Assistant General Manager (AGM), Deputy General Manager (DGM) General Manager (GM) & (AVP)- Sales, located in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing and driving sales strategies, managing key accounts, developing business plans, managing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. The role also includes mentoring the sales team, preparing reports, and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities to optimize business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA .
  • Experience in Commercial / residential sales .
  • Should have a solid Channel partner network .
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and defining sales strategies based on data insights.
  • Team management and leadership abilities, with experience in coaching and guiding a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Adaptability and strategic thinking in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
