Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate General Manager (AGM) - Talent Acquisition to take complete ownership of the recruitment function. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process, managing a substantial team of recruiters, and strategically building a talent pipeline across all organizational verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Be responsible for the entire recruitment processfrom sourcing to final hiring—across the organization.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a high-quality database and talent pool pipeline using all available resources optimally (Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, etc.).
  • Leadership & Team Management: Manage a team of 10–15 recruiters. Guide the team to meet aggressive targets, with each recruiter expected to hire

8–10 candidates per month for middle and senior-level positions.
- Lateral Hiring Expertise: Handle lateral hiring effectively, particularly for sales and other support functions.
- Operational Excellence:

  • Write and update

    job descriptions (JD) and prepare a strategic recruitment plan accordingly.
  • Conduct meetings with hiring managers to discuss job duties and team needs.
  • Oversee

    Vendor Management activities.
  • Send and manage daily, weekly, or monthly

    recruitment trackers to respective HODs.
