Minimum 2 years in Channel Sales / project sales (Distributor/Dealer Network)

Salary:

Hike from Current CTC + (Negotiable as per experience and depend on expertise and and interview, No bar for Right Candidate)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager / Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive to manage and expand our distributor, dealer and project work network in the Baroda region. The ideal candidate should have experience in channel and project sales within the building materials or construction chemicals industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and project work partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the Dealer/Distributor / PROJECT SALES network.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Accounts, and Marketing) for smooth operations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from the channel partners.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales / project sales in relevant industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • MUST travel extensively within the assigned territory
