To drive channel sales and business development for batteries and inverters through effective dealer/distributor appointment, secondary sales, and market expansion in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, appoint, and manage dealers/distributors for batteries and inverters.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure brand visibility and market penetration.
- Conduct market surveys to identify potential business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest counter-strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities, branding, and lead generation.
- Train and motivate distributors' sales teams for improved market coverage.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and MIS data regularly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
