Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Vadodara. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Dealers and Dealers sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the market presence of Kinetic Green's products. Daily tasks will include generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including the ability to generate leads, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets
- Experience in market analysis, identifying market trends, and expanding market presence
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the automobile or renewable energy sector is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
