Role Purpose
Build and own the Vision AI + IoT business from zero to sustainable revenue. This role is responsible for converting real industrial problems into paid POCs and production engagements. This is a builder role, not a support sales role.
What You'll Do
- Identify, pitch, and close Vision AI + IoT opportunities independently
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery → solution framing → paid POC → production conversion
- Work closely with engineering teams to scope realistic and feasible solutions
- Price and structure paid POCs with clear success criteria
- Build the initial customer base and reference customers for the Vision AI vertical
- Decide go/no-go on opportunities based on technical and commercial fit
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry discussions
What You'll Sell
- Vision-based inspection and monitoring systems
- Edge + cloud Vision AI solutions
- Vision-enabled IoT platforms for industrial and enterprise use cases
Experience Required
- 6–10 years experience in B2B technology sales or solutions
- Background in Vision AI, Industrial AI, IoT, Automation, or complex tech solutions
- Proven track record of closing solution-led, non-commodity deals
- Comfortable operating without ready leads or a fixed playbook
Technical Understanding (Must-Have)
- Edge vs cloud AI decision-making
- Camera, lens, and lighting impact on model accuracy
- Difference between demos, POCs, and production systems
- Clear judgment on when Vision AI is NOT a fit
Performance Expectations
- 90 Days
- First paid Vision AI engagement closed
- Clear revenue traction (paid POC or production advance)
Compensation Model
- Fixed Pay: ₹7–12 LPA
- Variable Pay: upto 40% Performance-linked, quarterly (revenue-only based)
- Revenue Incentives: 3% on paid invoices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
