Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our client base, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue for the company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, social platforms, and market research.
  • Meet potential clients, understand requirements, and present company services effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and work agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional strategies.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client presentations.
  • Maintain CRM records, track leads, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-handling ability.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and closing techniques.
  • Ability to achieve targets within deadlines.
  • Good understanding of real estate/interior/architecture industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales or business development (real estate/interiors preferred).
  • Valid driving license (if site/client visits are required).
