Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Boolean search mastery to strategically identify and engage top-tier talent across various digital platforms, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual and phone pre-screenings, utilizing expert communication skills to assess candidate fit and potential, streamlining the recruitment process.
  • Optimize usage of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to efficiently manage candidate data, track recruitment progress, and generate insightful reports for continuous process improvement.
  • Spearhead technical hiring initiatives, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand complex
  • role requirements and translate them into compelling job descriptions.
  • Demonstrate unwavering ownership mindset by taking full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Showcase unbeatable work ethics by consistently meeting and exceeding recruitment targets, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Foundational Skills

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage and execute the comprehensive recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing through successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to thoroughly understand role requirements and develop accurate, compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
  • Sourcing & Talent Identification: Employ advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized job boards, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for various positions.
  • Screening & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate both cultural fit and technical proficiency, ensuring the selection of the most suitable candidates.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Management: Expertly manage and optimize ATS platforms to enhance candidate pipelines, streamline recruitment processes, and generate valuable analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Talent Pool Development: Establish and maintain robust talent pools to proactively support future hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill for critical positions.
  • Market & Industry Insights: Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the talent market.
  • Candidate Experience: Cultivate a professional, efficient, and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process, enhancing the organization's employer brand and reputation.

Advanced Skills:
