Assistant Manager – B2C Sales (Logistics Industry)
Sales Strategy & Target Completion:
Develop and execute B2C sales strategies for logistics services including courier, last-mile delivery, warehousing, and freight solutions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, order volumes, and revenue generation to ensure target completion.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:
Handle end-to-end client onboarding — from initial discussions to finalizing contracts and smooth integration with operations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
Address escalated client concerns, queries, and service issues promptly.
Individual Contribution & Sales Execution:
Actively contribute to new business acquisition through direct client interactions and outreach.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.
Provide support to the sales team in closing high-value deals and key accounts.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Mentor and guide the B2C sales team to maximize individual and collective performance.
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and logistics teams for seamless service delivery and campaign execution.

Pay: ₹40, ₹80,000.00 per month
