Health Click Away is a fast-growing health-tech company empowering individuals to lead healthier lives through innovative wellness solutions. We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and mentor our Sales Agents' team catering to the US market (B2C).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Agents working in the US time zone.
  • Drive sales strategy and execution to achieve team and individual targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
  • Handle escalations and support agents in closing high-value deals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Build a strong, motivated sales culture focused on results and customer success.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–8 years in B2C sales with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership/managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience in HealthTech or EdTech industries strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and reporting.
  • Willingness to work in Night Shift (7 PM – 5 AM IST).
