Role Overview

The 
Manager – Marketing & Sales (North Region)
 will lead regional business growth by driving revenue, expanding customer networks, and executing effective go-to-market strategies. This role demands a proven performer who can combine strong relationship management with data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities in the North region.
  • Lead negotiations, finalize orders, and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategy.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports with data-driven insights.
  • Mentor and lead regional sales teams to achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales, preferably in inks, coatings, packaging & chemicals industries.
  • Strong market network and proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
