Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to meet organizational objectives. Daily tasks include managing sales teams, building relationships with clients, conducting market research, creating promotional materials, and analyzing market trends to position the company effectively. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficient in Marketing Strategy, Promotional Campaigns, and Market Research
- Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Creation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the garment or textile industry is a plus
