  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales Coordination (B2B/B2C)
  • Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred

Job Description:

B2B Sales Coordinator:

  • Coordinate with business clients, distributors, and corporate buyers.
  • Manage quotations, purchase orders, and follow-ups for timely dispatch.
  • Support the sales team in lead management, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing business customers.

B2C Sales Coordinator:

  • Handle direct customer inquiries through calls, emails, or online platforms.
  • Process orders, coordinate with production and dispatch teams for deliveries.
  • Maintain customer records, handle after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in online and retail sales promotions.
