Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Client Relations Manager
to manage high-value client accounts and serve as the primary liaison between BPA and our partners. The ideal candidate will excel at building long-term relationships, ensuring service excellence, and identifying opportunities for enhancing client protection strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Understand client requirements and develop tailored brand protection strategies
  • Coordinate with investigation, enforcement, and legal teams to deliver timely and effective results
  • Monitor anti-counterfeiting operations and provide clients with regular progress reports
  • Address client concerns promptly while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development (experience in luxury, legal, or brand protection sectors preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts effectively
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and professional reporting
