About the Role

  • We seek an experienced professional to manage business relationships, identify opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements and implementing audit recommendations.
  • In addition, you will play a key role in recognizing and escalating business opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve the overall client experience.
  • Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships, drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • You will be required to collect various management information systems (MIS) as per requirement from time to time.
  • We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare quality proposals within agreed deadlines for submission to the appropriate approval authorities.
  2. Coordinate with clients for financial information and security documentation.
  3. Assist with servicing and providing operational support for customers.
  4. Liaise with various internal departments to ensure efficient servicing of corporate customers.
  5. Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  6. Implement audit and regulatory recommendations.
  7. Collect various MIS as per requirement from time to time.
  8. Identify and introduce credit, service and operational improvements.
