Key Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to oversee the strategic relationships of our organization with its most important clients. Your primary responsibility will be to secure and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers by comprehensively understanding their needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster growth in our revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions, and training workshops.
  • Analyze sales data and statistics to improve business strategies and enhance market presence.
  • Maintain multiple key accounts while upholding exceptional service quality standards.
  • Nurture solid relationships with key clients that significantly contribute to our company's income.
  • Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term objectives.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Requirements and Skills
  • A degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales or key account management.
  • Fluent in English and two other languages.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to understand client requirements.
  • Knowledge of sales data analysis.
  • Action-driven, results-focused, and a proactive attitude.
