Brand Protection Act is a Hyderabad-based organisation specialising in protecting luxury brands, fashion designers, and premium product manufacturers from counterfeiting. We combine discreet offline enforcement, online marketplace monitoring, and legal expertise to safeguard brand integrity and revenue.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to manage high-value client accounts and serve as the primary liaison between BPA and our partners. The ideal candidate will excel at building long-term relationships, ensuring service excellence, and identifying opportunities for enhancing client protection strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored brand protection strategies
- Coordinate with investigation, enforcement, and legal teams to deliver timely and effective results
- Monitor anti-counterfeiting operations and provide clients with regular progress reports
- Address client concerns promptly while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion
- Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or a related field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development (experience in luxury, legal, or brand protection sectors preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts effectively
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and professional reporting
