Senior Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee key client relationships and drive long-term growth. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for maintaining strong ties with high-value clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Job Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients to enhance revenue growth and retention.
- Develop and implement customized solutions to meet client needs, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional service.
- Advanced degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of success in client relationship management.
- Knowledge of data analysis and CRM software.
- Results-driven, action-oriented approach with a strong commitment to excellence.
- Solution selling backgrounds in IT infrastructure, data center solutions, and system integration.
- Proven experience in handling complex transactions with C-level executives.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Experience in managing large customer accounts and closing significant deals.
