About Us
Spectrum Solar Power is a leading renewable energy company providing high-quality solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Kerala. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to expand our market presence in Thrissur.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solar solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure successful deal closures.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Qualification: Plus Two, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in sales or marketing preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply.
