About Us

Spectrum Solar Power is a leading renewable energy company providing high-quality solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Kerala. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to expand our market presence in Thrissur.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
  • Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solar solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up with prospects and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Plus Two, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in sales or marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply.
