Location: Vatika Business Park, Sohna Road, Gurgaon

Shift: Rotational shifts (24x7 operations) | 5 days a week | 9-hour shifts

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Education: Any Graduate (Hotel Management / Aviation Diploma holders welcome)

What You'll Do

  • Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat for a premium airline client.
  • Resolve queries with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Use tools like MS Office and GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo) for managing reservations and customer support.
  • Work in a fast-paced 24x7 environment, including weekends (with rotational weekly offs).

Who Were Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • Energetic, customer-centric, and a strong team player.
  • Background in aviation, hospitality, travel, OTA, or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with GDS platforms (like Amadeus or Galileo) is a bonus.
  • Freshers with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply
